Supplementary humanitarian flood-relief assistance on August 1, 2026 supported 16 affected households in Kaibong Tisso Village, Dengaon.

On 1 August 2026, Karbi Anglong Baptist Convention carried out supplementary humanitarian flood-relief assistance for 16 affected households in Kaibong Tisso Village, Dengaon.

Relief materials distributed included rice, dal, soya chunks, edible oil, salt, potatoes, bathing soap, washing soap, tarpaulins, mosquito nets, and phenyl for sanitation and protection against germs, insects, and reptiles.

The relief initiative was undertaken in association with the Council of Baptist Churches in North East India (CBCNEI), with support from APBAid, the humanitarian aid programme of the Asia Pacific Baptist Federation.
