Western Rengma Baptist Association serves local communities through leadership building, spiritual formation, economic development, youth and women leadership, empowerment, and social engagement.
History
Western Rengma Baptist Association was established on 27th December 1949. It was initially affiliated with the Council of Baptist Churches in North East India in 1961.
Foundation
WRBA was founded as a Baptist association serving the Western Rengma community and local churches.
Headquarters
WRBA has its headquarters at A-Jongpha, Karbi Anglong, Assam.
Affiliation with KABC
WRBA became one of the founding member associations of the Karbi Anglong Baptist Convention in 1980.
Ministry
WRBA endeavors to uplift local communities through leadership building, spiritual and economic development, youth and women leadership, youth and women empowerment, and social engagement.
Fellowship
As a founding member association, WRBA contributes to KABC through its continuing commitment to community upliftment, leadership, and spiritual and social development.
